As soon as we release the critic and the expectation, the pure beauty of the true self begins to emerge. One-on-One sessions are available to individuals with a desire to deepen their inner connection and physical relationship through movement, music and sound. Whether you simply want to experience the freedom to dance in your living room, or find a level of ease in being the first once to start the dancing at your favorite band's show, these are openings where we can embrace the moment and allow that inner dancer to express. Tamara Albright is not a "professional dancer" or "performer." Tamara (rhymes w/ sara) was first introduced to the bliss of creative movement as a young adult in 1990 at a music concert. The comfort, ease & individuality surrounding Tamara inspired within her the understanding that she too could allow her body to dance in its own way. Thus beginning her journey of transformation from an unhealthy, rejecting relationship into a nurturing, positive body image that is continually growing. Tamara is a student of consciousness who understands how to create a safe space for individuals to feel at ease. Her desire is to make a difference in the lives others through love, encouragement and lots of positive reinforcement.
